including children with disabilities and pregnant
women who meet income guidelines and live within Fairfax
County, VA.
Application Guidelines
Before you can enroll your child/children in the Higher
Horizons Head Start & Early Head Start program,
you must meet the US Department of Health and Human
Services Income Guidelines. For example, for a family
of 3, the total household income must be at or below
$18,530.
