The leadership team ensures the steady operation of the Head Start and Early Head Start programs at Higher Horizons. They are responsible for managing all aspects of the Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Higher Horizons is mandated to establish dynamic and cohesive management systems that support continuous improvement and foster commitment to providing the highest level of services to children and families in accordance with legislation, regulations, and policies. The management systems and procedures guide the direction of the organization through planning, communications, reporting, recordkeeping, ongoing monitoring, and self assessment.

The leadership of Higher Horizons realizes the value of teamwork; the ability to work together as a cohesive unit is of the utmost importance to the program’s success. Accordingly, Higher Horizons organizational structure includes well qualified staff that possesses the knowledge, skills and experience needed to provide high quality, comprehensive and culturally sensitive services to children and families in the program.
